Scientific Volume Imaging announces the release of the next-generation Huygens Essential
Scientific Volume Imaging (SVI) has released version 4.0 of its Huygens 3D deconvolution, visualization, and analysis software. This new version includes Huygens Essential with an entirely modernized GUI.
The new GUI has more informative and interactive image thumbnails, and a new tabbed overview of the image parameters and statistics. Both Huygens Essential and Professional have new wizards for parameter editing and deconvolution, an improved intelligent cropping tool for more functionality and intuitive use, and a redesigned SFP renderer with enhanced on the fly rendering. The available Object Tracking module has also undergone major improvements with optimized object detection and track filtering, and the possibility to create and export velocity scatter plots.
