JEOL (UK) Ltd are pleased to announce that the first of the company’s new training courses, an 'Introduction to Transmission Electron Microscopy', will be held on 13-15 January 2009.
The course is being organised by Dr Sarah Haigh as part of an ongoing collaboration between the Department of Materials at the University of Oxford and JEOL. During the three days participants will gain hands on experience using some of the company’s latest transmission electron microscopes. This practical tuition will be backed up by classes and lectures all held on site in the JEOL UK applications centre in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, UK.
