Skyscan is a company specialising in the development and manufacturing of systems for 3-dimensional, non-destructive investigation of an object’s internal microstructure with a reached resolution of several micrometers, i.e. 10 million times better performance than a medical CT-scanner (volume resolution). Also Nano-CT is available with pixel sizes 200 nanometers.
