Halcyonics GmbH produces active vibration isolation systems for various applications in the field of Scanning Probe Microscopy. Available products are table top systems (e.g. for AFMs), isolation elements with external controller, active isolated laboratory desks as well as vibration isolation platforms for mid-size applications such as SEMs.
