Microscopy Conference MC 2011, Germany, 28 August-2 September 2011

This congress will be jointly organised by the German Society for Electron Microscopy (DGE), in collaboration with the European Microscopy Society (EMS), the Nordic Microscopy Society (SCANDEM), the Polish Microscopy Society (PTMi), scientists from research Institutions in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and St. Petersburg, Russia, and with local colleagues from the Christian-Albrechts-University at Kiel, the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht, and the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology (ISiT) Itzehoe. It will bring together scientists from all over Europe. The venue of the meeting will be the Christian-Albrechts-University (CAU) at Kiel, which is just a short distance away from the beautiful bay of Kiel and its city centre. We are expecting around 550 participants in Kiel.
