ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:  Product Focus: Tomography, 3D Reconstruction and Image Analysis is designed to feature new light, electron, focused ion beam, atom probe and X-ray microscopes for tomography and their associated hardware* and software for image acquisition, image processing, image analysis, 3D reconstruction and image display. 

Accessories that are indirectly related to the performance of these cameras such as stages, holders, micromanipulators, spectrometers, and specimen preparation equipment will be eligible only if space is available.

*This Product Focus will NOT include scanning probe microscopes, cameras, compositional analysis equipment and related accessories as they will be featured in Product Focuses later in  2012.
