Till Photonics: Intravital2P Upright Two Photon Microscope

At Neuroscience, TILL Photonics presented the Intravital2P two-photon microscope dedicated to intravital dual-color two photon imaging with unmatched light collection efficiency.

The unique optical design of TILL`s Intravital2P sets a new benchmark in light collection efficiency for two photon microscopy: The ultra compact imaging platform provides an optimized dual-emission beam path for highest collection efficiency in both detection channels. The enhanced signal detection facilitates imaging at low-light levels and greatly improves SNRs for dynamic measurements deep within highly scattering tissue.

Large scan fields with exceptional scan quality: TILL`s Yanus Scanhead provides exceptional scan quality with homogenous two photon excitation as well as large area scanning. Combined with its fast scanning speeds, the Intravital2P allows long-term in vivo imaging with reduced phototoxic effects.

3D Image acquisition with unprecedented volume and resolution: TILL`s voice coil-based focus drive combines excursions of up to 7.5 mm with nanometer resolution and highest speed for 3-D views of the sample with superb resolution and accuracy.
