Photometrics presents Evolve and QImaging launches EXi Blue/Aqua cameras at Neuroscience

I visited the Photometrics (www.photomet.com) and QImaging ( www.qimaging.com)  booth on Sunday and was given a briefing by Deepak Sharma, Senior Product Manager, about their line of entry level CCD cameras - QImaging’s EXi Aqua, which can easily be upgraded to EXi Blue - and one of the the highest resolution camera for life sciences, Photometrics' Evolve^-, which is designed for quantitative image analysis with photon counting.

Deepak pointed out that Photometrics publishes the specifications of their cameras and that more users should be aware as to how the incident photons relate to the output of the CCD.
